The project is based on a master plan and its development for a logistics centre for vehicles, which includes various support services, parking attendant, car wash, cafeteria, a governmental motor vehicle department, customs, banks, insurance companies, administrative building, inspection centre and technical area.

On an urban level, the intention is to resolve and articulate the various buildings within the existing space. Though conceptually distinct, the buildings serve to unify the whole development.
