This building is composed of commercial establishments, offices and apartments. The building, which occupies the entire lot, is comprised of three floors underground and ten floors above ground.

The function of the building is seen in the division of the floors into four main blocks. The first block is the underground floors, which are intended for parking. The second block, which comprises the ground floor and 1st floor, is intended for commerce and access to the other floors. The third block, comprised of the 2nd and 3rd floors, is for offices, and the fourth block, which includes the 4th floor through 10th floor, is for two-bedroom, threebedroom and five-bedroom apartments.
