The proposal involves the construction of a public building with an auditorium, administrative and technical offices, all built in different phases.

The image of the building reflects the degree of importance of the program, with a portico of curvilinear design that confers an appropriate identity and scale.
All the continuously occupied spaces are naturally lit and ventilated, using naturally lit courtyards that also contribute to the programmatic organization and hierarchy of the various functions.
