NDS

The project proposes the construction of a twenty-storey tower designed to fit in with the adjacent buildings through the construction of a base that aligns with them.

The tower is strongly characterized by its exterior cladding, a sequence of vertical fins that emphasize its verticality and simultaneously create a sunscreen. The discontinuous sections of the fins create the illusion of motion, which gives the facade its uniqueness.

These elements are concrete panels reinforced with fibreglass, which allow the creation of the forms desired but requires both precision in design and the assembly of the solution.
