SERENA

The concept began with the idea of three non-aligned volumes that grow to different heights from a shared four-storey base.

The functional program is widely diverse and ranges from small commercial shops, areas for restaurants, bars, spas, and offices, up to large corporate offices and luxury housing.

The different exteriors are intended to transmit visually the usage of the distinct typologies. The office facades are glass, whereas the housing facades are large panels of masonry with openings that appear in a random arrangement.
