The Professional Training Centre for Civil Construction is on a steeply sloping site that accompanies the existing roadways.
Given the characteristics of the land, the different areas of the Centre are distributed across the resulting terraces.
On the highest terrace are located the administrative building, the auditorium and the library.
The training rooms are concealed within the site and are dispersed over two different levels.
On the lower level of the training rooms is located the building’s cafeteria/social area, and on the next level is the equipment building and workshops.
The student residences are distributed asymmetrically.
