Centros de Formação Essa

Following the deactivation of the Cacuaco Complex, Essa held a competition for a Training Centre in Viana (Luanda) and a Training Centre in Soyo.
Both schemes propose the siting of the various buildings organized by sectors according to their usage, and forming centres that give priority to pedestrian circulation and the direct relationship between buildings and their outdoor approach spaces.
The use of metal frame and modular glazed openings in the construction of all buildings seeks to achieve a logic of uniformity in architectural solutions and systematization of the construction process.
