Edifício Base de Vida

The Base de Vida building combines studio and one-bedroom apartments with offices and shops. Five storey's tall and running parallel with the street, a large portion of the plot has been allocated for an outdoors parking.

The project envisages a dual façade system that will contribute to the cooling of the interior compartments. A translucent metallic skin, which provides shade and ventilation, surrounds the balconies and creates a transitional space to the outside.

Perforated panels supported by a metal structure, create distinct movements on each floor, giving the building a very contemporary visual.
