Hotel em Menongue

This is a 4 star hotel with 100 rooms, outdoor pool, health spa, fitness centre, tennis court, casino and restaurant. 

The intervention strategy proposes the construction of the building on the highest and most stable part of the site.
The building closes the site along its northern edge, which allows for better organization of the entrances to the service and technical areas of the hotel. 
Oriented along an east-west axis, the hotel takes advantage of the more favourable solar orientation and of the prevailing southeast winds, thereby optimizing its thermal performance.
The hotel’s orientation permits the highest number of rooms and leisure areas to have the best views over the landscape.
