Centro Político e Administrativo de Cabinda

The increasing need to improve the urban centres of Angolan cities, has led to the development of an urban renewal plan for the central area of the city of Cabinda. Government bodies, as well as local administrative offices are concentrated in this zone.
The plan is to create a central plaza, to reorganize the traffic, and to focus on green spaces. By removing the physical barriers between these different spaces, the pedestrian zones become more fluid, as well as unifying and giving a new found coherence to the entire intervention area.
