A group of buildings organized into three units, with the main building intended for offices.

The main building is organized around a five storey central core, which is both foyer and distribution area for various functions. A building with 36 office studios is located at the bottom of the site, developing into two perimeter volumes along the limits of the site, one with three storeys and one with five storeys. A small, one storey building, is located at the front of the site and is intended to house the entrance guard and a technical area for three sets of emergency generators.
