Aldeamento Rural na Aldeia de Passe

The 1^st phase of the intervention in the Residential Neighbourhood of Panguila, a government plan for the relocation of residents from key areas of Luanda, allowed the definition of a road structure that organizes the diffuse and random urban fabric of existing blocks, the implementation of spaces for collective use where new facilities, service and leisure areas are introduced; the creation of a sports area, as well as the introduction of communal allotments along the watercourses to complement the economic resources of the population.

In addition to housing, the project also includes the creation of a new school with ten classrooms, three health centres, two kindergartens and two police stations.
