Plano Urbanístico de Babaera 10

The urban proposal is intended for an area of intervention of 10 hectares, and had as its main guideline the need to continue the existing layout of the centre of the Communal Settlement in order to rationalize the use and potential expansion of the existing infrastructure.
Recognizing the value of the contiguous urban fabric, the existing blocks were re-appropriated and reinterpreted (maintaining their prevailing size).

The Plan thus indicates the directions of growth for the residential fabric. Incorporated within the area of intervention is the existing school (giving it its own lot and an improved public space), as well as lots for new Public Facilities, Retail and Services.
