Plano Director Municipal do Chongoroi

The proposal is located east of the centre of Damba, in an area between the rivers Lueca and Lucenga, which is intersected by the old Damba- Maquela do Zombo road, the northern limit of which is the Damba-Camatambo road.

The UP sought to adapt to various physiographic and topographic constraints, such as the village of Quiquemba, the steep slopes of the land (which suggested the direction of alignment for the urban grid), the large scale water courses (which were incorporated into spaces to be landscaped), the intersection of several inter-communal roads at this point, the existence of an old farm and the unofficial cemetery.
