Plano Urbanístico de Bolonguera 5

The Bolonguera Commune is in a state of total devastation. The only existing infrastructures are in ruins and there are few buildings which can be recovered. But it is these few cases that the Plan fixes on to define new priorities and new relationships between neighbourhoods.
The Plan is based on the size of lots previously tested and approved under the PNUHA, with some facilities and about 65 residential lots being proposed.
