Plano Urbanístico de Dange Quitexe 30

The Urban Plan of 30 ha in Dange Quitexe arose as a continuation of the previous UP of 25 ha for adjacent land situated on the southern boundary of the city of Quitexe. The new urban network takes on this previous plan as a starting point, as well as its criteria for orientation, spatial dimensioning and the location of facilities, squares and green areas.

The pre-existing elements were also decisive in the proposal presented, whether they are built structures (such as the old collonnade located on the north side) or heavy road infrastructure, such as the national highway that crosses the land in an east-west direction.
