Plano Urbanístico do Cacuaco

The urban plan developed for the New City of Cacuaco in the area of Expansion II, included in the National Program for 1 Million Houses, proposes the urbanization of 230 hectares and the construction of a total of 5 479 social housing units – 2 878 detached and 2 260 multi-family dwellings.

This intervention also includes the development of the design of urban infrastructure and networks, ensuring the foundations for the rapid expansion of the area occupied by stimulating the markets accessible to low-rent segments through offering a large number of new homes for an estimated population of 34 400 users.
