In order to contribute to the quality of public space, it is proposed to adopt certain profiles for new roads, with sufficient width to allow parking and tree planting on the sidewalk. The National Commission established the dimensions and layout of lots and dwellings, and their distribution by type of investment (public, public/private, private and cooperative), providing a total of 446 lots. Seeking to apply the urban parameters of the "Sub-Programme for 200 Houses per Municipality”, water is supplied through the “Water for All” national program; domestic wastewater drainage is accomplished by septic tanks; stormwater drainage is carried out at the surface; electricity supply network is distributed by overhead lines.
