The opportunity to develop multi-storey parking facilities arose from a public tender organized by Luanda’s Provincial Government. Among the objectives highlighted for the proposal were ease of construction, versatility, necessity for an efficient and intuitive usability, rational use of lanes and services with the optimization of circulation paths and parking modules, and with a parking capacity for 304 vehicles. In terms of energy efficiency, it was decided to use natural ventilation for this building.
