Academia BAI

This development consists of various departments of the bank BAI as well as shops and social housing.

The area has been developed in three volumes, which are connected by a band of street-front shops, two volumes are for housing and one is for bank offices.

The floor plan for each level was designed so it could be mirrored along its longitudinal and transverse axes. By alternating floors, this inversion dissipates the idea of front and back, and allows the façades to remain homogeneous throughout the entire complex.
