Aerogare de M’Banza Congo

The M’banza Congo airport terminal is located along the axis of the platform, positioned parallel to the runway. At one end of the terminal is the proposed location for a services building to encompass all required mechanical equipment (i.e. generators) and emergency services (i.e. fire department). At the other end is the proposed location of the control tower.

Departures or arrivals; all functions of the terminal revolve around these two concepts that formally divide the building, resulting in a multiplicity of connections, paths, and functional arrangements. The proposed volume consists of a building with ground and first floors.
