Área Residencial de Camama

The project of the Camama Residential Area is an initiative of the Angolan Government to promote urban development in the surrounding area of Luanda, by creating new residential areas with the necessary infrastructures.

Focusing on groups of middle and high incomes, this residential area has 1 200ha and is expected to accommodate 157 thousand inhabitants distributed by 30 thousand houses.

The minor negative impacts felt in the operational phase will be offset by positive impacts resulting from the significant benefits for the social and economic development of populations.
