Centro de Saúde

This health centre is part of the set of social structures to implement in the urban plans developed for the Angolan government. The site has a rectangular shape, with a plaza located along one of the smaller sides. The solution focuses on this relationship by locating the entrance to the building at this point.

This building consists of a reception area, waiting room, doctors’ offices and maintenance areas, with a service exit leading directly outside to the back of the site, next to the car park. Two wings project perpendicularly from this volume: the first is used mainly for treatment and vaccine rooms, and the second corresponds to inpatient wards.
