Estaleiro Naval Paenal

The main objective was to fill gaps identified in the previous Environmental Impact Study, notably at the level of the marine components. The characterization of the marine fauna in the coastal zone adjacent to the site was based on a specific sampling program directed to fish species and benthic invertebrates. Later were identified and assessed the environmental impacts of the project at the level of these sub-components.

Mitigation measures and monitoring plans were proposed to minimize the negative impacts generated by the project and allow its proper environmental framework.
