Pavimentos e Drenagem do Terminal de Carga do Porto de Luanda

The client target aimed the rehabilitation of the port infrastructure associating a capable use with a high durability.

To achieve this goal, was projected a new road surface and reshaped the terminal rainwater drainage network.

The terminal included a new entrance which included a new road structure in flexible pavement and was provided a sidewalk to ensure the pedestrian traffic. It was designed a central collector with successive new connections along the west side of the pier, to a much higher level, to ensure the water flow in case of overload, protecting it from flooding at the “calembas” period.
