Plano de Pormenor para a Quarteirão em Luanda

The intervention area is located in a transitional zone between the established urban fabric of downtown Luanda and the modern urbanism of uptown Luanda with its large-scale buildings and facilities, and wide avenues.

The plan regulates building capacity in the proposed zone and delineates a polygonal site that is enhanced by an uninterrupted, accessible and unified public space.

The proposal highlights the construction of two high-rise buildings framed by plazas that permit access to the surrounding volumes and unify the block.
