Plano Urbanístico de Casseque 10

In the UP of Casseque a new layout adapted to the existing topography was drawn up, creating adequate setbacks from the courses of naturally occurring water ways (above all, those in the north-eastern part of the intervention area), and reusing the main existing tracks as axes of circulation. The relationship between the two sides of the road was reinforced, providing a framework for the constructed buildings and clearly marking the intersections. The intention of this solution was also to integrate the pre-existing elements such as the Old School, the fountains of the "Water for All" national program, the Administrative Offices, the Police Station, the Jangos, and the notable baobabs.
