Plano Urbanístico de Sendje 5

The village of Sendje has a relatively homogeneous built structure, so the proposal for this Urban Plan clearly makes these pre-existing elements the starting point for its definition.
It eventually proved to be quite a constrained Plan which resorted to a strategy which was more specific than global. Much of the intervention was based on the formal definition of the primary existing axis and of the four new perpendicular axes that are intended to define the large blocks, encompassing within them the entire planned program, including about 46 residential lots.
