Plano Urbanístico do Chongoroi 50

Based on the PNUH Technical Guidelines for the Preparation of Urban Plans and the need to provide housing for segments of the low income population, this UP proposes for all of the 50 hectares an urban network layout that seeks to optimize the installed infrastructure and preserve existing trees, creating circulation routes with inexpensive materials, which are easy to use and suited to the location.

Three types of single-family housing are envisaged: semidetached, terraced, detached and multifamily housing, with a total of 1,061 dwellings, interspersed with lots dedicated to facilities, trade, services, green areas and recreational space.
