Sopé da Fortaleza

The proposal presented reflects a concern to respond to a set of questions expressed by the project brief and the intended location of the site. A series of buildings were designed in such a way as to promote a link with the existing city, taking as the starting point all the possibilities available, and creating spaces with high aesthetic and experiential qualities.

The program consists in designing a building complex that offers various amenities such as a luxury apartment hotel, a business centre, offices, shops, restaurants, as well as offering a cultural and ludic component - a museum of science and technology.
